I just don't get it.
I just don't understand how, after the horrible eating and exercise week I've just had, and knowing TOM should be arriving this weekend....
I just don't get how I'm down a pound.
But I'll take it!

But I must explain to you how all this mistaken idea of denouncing pleasure and praising pain was born and I will give you a complete account of the system, and expound the actual teachings of the great explorer of the truth, the master-builder of human happiness. No one rejects, dislikes, or avoids pleasure itself, because it is pleasure, but because those who do not know how to pursue pleasure rationally encounter consequences that are extremely painful. Nor again is there anyone who loves or pursues or desires to obtain pain

i remember when i was loosing weeks like that would happen. its frustrating. on one hand you want to be excited, on the other you wonder just why you're going through the effort.
Congratulations! That is the muscle burning the fat.
I'd take it as well! Good for you!
Some weeks are like that! Embrace it!!!
Congrats!
Take the loss! Congrats!
Take it and RUN!
Congrats on the loss! It can be frustrating when you think you've done everything wrong, but it just means that you are doing better than you realize!
Those weeks are a lot easier to take then the weeks you do everything right and just maintain or even gain!
Keep at it!
